Our branch of Time Warner is operated out of Ohio, so they really don’t care.

The problem is that Time Warner, for some reason, maintains a 5-year contract with the city of Erie. It’s a monopoly. DSL is abysmal around here, so I really have no choice. So I’m getting some people together to get on the agenda at one of the city meetings. Taking action.

This is going to kill you then. Time Warner in Cincinnati is really good. Fairly on the ball in terms of service, and really good in terms of the product they offer.

Of course Cincinnati Bell decided to compete with them with really high end DSL.

So there you go. Its motivation, not incompetence. Well, maybe a little incompetence.

haha my roommate and I see this commercial pretty much every night…it is absolutely ridiculous, and the little dancing fudge guy is disturbing and creepy.
